Tanya Blanchard

The person families call before they buy.

For more than 22 years, Tanya Blanchard has helped families buy homes, invest in real estate, and build wealth that outlasts them. She founded Madison Chase Capital Advisors on a plain standard: tell people the truth about their options, then get the deal done.

From Wall Street to the closing table.

Tanya started in finance at PaineWebber in New York City, where she earned her former Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses. She studied at Norfolk State University and spent her early career learning how money actually moves, long before she ever wrote a mortgage.

That finance background is the difference. Where a lot of lenders see one loan, Tanya sees the whole picture: how a mortgage fits a family’s savings, their timeline, and the wealth they’re trying to build.

With access to more than 100 lenders and a relocation specialty, she finds the path that fits, for buyers at every level, moving anywhere in the country.
